Helias is an experienced entrepreneur, as Founder CEO he has successfully brought a novel bio-plastic company to the market. Leading it from idealization, through lab-scale testing, spinning out the company from the University, building a pilot-plant and actualizing successful commercialization. He also has extensive corporate experience as innovation strategist for Tesla (3 yrs), Boeing and Delta Airlines where focused on novel sustainable material technology introduction and roll out projects. He, furthermore, has operated as innovation consultant in a wide range of industries and across three continents.

Throughout his career, he built up an extensive network in the sustainable engineering industry both mainland Europe and the USA.
